scripture friday.

scripture friday.

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?

Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?

neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,

neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth

nor anything else in all creation,

will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

  1. Great scripture and a great reminder that nothing can separate us from God’s love. So comforting in these days of unrest in our country and so many countries where Christ followers are being severely persecuted for their faith.

  2. Hi Kathleen, How are things going with your blog. I’ve been skipping quite a few lately because we were away and internet access was limited. Do you have google analytics? I’m wondering if you are attracting followers. I’ve been checking my google analytics lately and learning how to understand them and I’m quite disappointed that it appears people aren’t returning to my sight. I notice that your blogs are much shorter than mine. Therefore, I wonder if you are getting followers. Do you mind me asking?

    1. Hi Marlene, I have not taken the time to learn about google analytics but I need to. I am getting followers and I got quite a few when I participated in the A-Z challenge. I know it’s so important to comment on other blogs and people will often click on to your url that way and some begin following. I don’t like to comment on blogs flippantly to get an audience – I only leave thoughtful comments. I also have received good response with the right keywords. Try to use uncommon keywords in your writing, e.g., “does God forgive” rather than “God” and “forgive”. It’s a slow process that’s for sure! Lots to learn.
