… but they who wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.

Waiting is not easy. Not in the world we live in today.
A watched pot never boils.
Life is like that.
It seems like forever when you’re waiting.
Just as that water will not boil until it reaches 212*F, no matter what you do to hasten it along …
… you cannot hasten along your situation.
Settle down.
Breathe.
Wait.

Underneath this icy patch are bright yellow tulips.
To the left and right of the stone path, hidden beneath, lies daisies, aster, hydrangea, bee balm, and upright phlox.
All waiting.
Patiently waiting.
Sometimes, things in life look messy. There’s nothing about this muddy, slippery, barren scene that tells the onlooker what is waiting below. In 3 months there will be splashes of beauty calling to everyone – stop and look! And touch! And smell!
You don’t know what awaits you. Don’t give up.
Only believe.
And wait.
